History
Mountain Alagalla From 1505 to 1948, Kandy served as a line of defense for the Kandyan Kingdom when parts of Sri Lanka were dominated by Portuguese, Dutch, and English people. As a result, the enemy troops have been forced to retreat and a vast wall has been completed. In the past, Balana Fortification served as a watchtower, possessed a strategically located rock fortress, and served as a Kandyan kingdom outpost. Alagalla Mount Range still enjoys a beautiful scenic outlook nowadays.
Activities
You can set up a camp for the night on the Mountain and have a memorable evening. The majority of people spend the night in the wilderness. Additionally, Alagalla is ideal for photographers.
The mountain hike

But you should also remember to bring climbing gear, such as a 25-meter rope, axes, knives, and wood for campfires. There is a nighttime dense mist, which is also potentially dangerous.
